Stroke Law: Our Mission
Almost 800,000 Americans every year suffer a stroke. In the entire country, there are almost no lawyers at all who focus their energy solely on providing information about strokes to victims and their families to accompany an aggressive legal approach. We’re dedicated to providing the best resources about medical issues, legal issues, and other common problems that stroke victims and their families face every day.
Stroke Law was created to provide as much information as possible about stroke, risks and preventative measures, and the law involved in stroke cases. In fact, within the first two weeks of deciding to provide free medical and legal information about stroke, we compiled an extensive collection of education resources to help victims of stroke and their families. You can read these articles and studies on our website.
Cory Rosenbaum and Robert Fader, New York are medical malpractice lawyers with experience representing stroke victims and their families in their lawsuits against doctors and hospitals, are available for free consultations to anyone in New York or anywhere else in the United States that wants to speak with us. Mr. Rosenbaum and Mr. Fader offer free legal consultations via e-mail and telephone to anyone that wishes to speak with a medical malpractice lawyer about their rights after a stroke.
On a personal level, we have seen doctors and hospitals make mistakes in treating stroke victims. We have also seen the devastating effect that mistakes by doctors and hospitals can have on stroke victims and their families. It’s an unfortunate truth that stroke medical malpractice often adds to a stroke victim’s suffering, and may even add to the brain damage involved. We can help you learn your rights when it comes to stroke law.
Donate to Stroke Victims Through Stroke Law
We created Stroke Law to allow people to donate money to charities that share our vision. Our goal is to teach people, doctors and hospitals to quickly identify stroke symptoms and to provide proper care as fast as possible. We hope that one day the symptoms of stroke will be well-known enough to prevent the drastic impact of this fatal health condition.
Defending Stroke Victims Nationwide
While we practice mainly in New York, Mr. Rosenbaum and Mr. Fader have represented people across the United States and are available to stroke victims across the United States.
Stroke Law Consultations for Lawyers
We are also available to assist other lawyers across the United States who may have stroke cases but do not have experience in this specific type of cases. When needed, we can work with local lawyers in any state in our country.
